OK, I was doing one of Bret's glute workouts today and I had to share. My butt is on fire! LOL.
3 rounds:
20 hip thrusts (I did 115 lbs)
30 seated band abductions
30 reverse hypers or back extensions
Rest 1 minute between rounds. I think my butt got rounder in one workout. :)
