UGH!

Don't like it at all!

I do not like that bodyrock.tv is adding more equipment. Lisa's fake boobs, face lips, false eyelashes, fake tan, just make the site seem, well - FAKE.
It's just not for me at all. I do not like the Combat workouts either. YUK.

I do however love the direction that Zuzana is going in. Though I have to admit, her BOOBS are looking larger than life and pretty ridiculous. In some of the photos of her that is just from the chest up, makes her look heavy. And we all know she is anything but heavy. She is the most in shape looking woman on earth! Does she really need a super padded, super push up, smush em together bra?
Going to try her 8 min workout as a 'cash out' to my own workout tomorrow. I will use 15 or 20 lbs tho, not 8 or 10 lbs. Too light in my opinion. LOL.

Is anyone liking the direction of bodyrock these days?

  1. I thought she got much bigger boobs recently, but I can tell now she is just using a crazy bra when she is working out. I can see in her regular clothing they are not near the size. I like big boobs and I like to show them off...and I think she should always have the cleavage during her workouts hehe... but these days, when they are that smooshed together and pushed up that much, they just look unflattering. I agree if you see just her top she looks heavier. And she is soooo beautiful and fit! So lean and ripped!

  3. I really liked the 30 day challenge they did this past January. I didn't follow so well with diet and water intake so my results weren't stellar, but my arms did get stronger again. I don't like the ultra perfect Lisa that they're selling us, to be honest. I'm never going to look like her so it's hard to relate to her. She was unattainable from the start but she at least looked like a real person. Her face looks SOOO much different than it did in the beginning (look up Pumped Up Kicks Workout and you'll see what I mean; it's one of her first videos). I'm all for transformation and doing the best by you but she has completely and totally changed her appearance. I wish she'd kept a little bit of herself left.

    I actually like the hiitcombat workouts, I think the first one was my favorite. I also liked the hiittabata workout they did. I would like more of the tabata, but have been inspired to create my own and look for other tabata workouts. there's one hiitcore that I loved, it's the Sweet Nothing one. there are hit and misses with each workout, I guess. at the very least, they've given me good ideas with how to not get stale and that's never a bad thing.
