The same kind of schedule as last week. Another surprise on Wed?!

And here is her food for the week -again not a lot of food. And she does NOT eat nearly enough veggies in her diet. She supplements. Shouldn't that be a sign that she needs more?! Is she that afraid of eating more carbs/calories that she can't eat more veggies?!
These are my supplements: Supreme greens, glucosamine, essential fatty acids, and my pre-workout protein blend with a natural fat burner.
Supplements
I’m someone that doesn’t eat veggies with every single meal, so I supplement with supreme greens almost daily. Jesse pours me a shot of glucosamine every morning because he want’s me to have healthy joints like his uncle who’s 80 years old and still goes skiing – that’s apparently because he takes glucosamine daily :) Isn’t that sweet? I take the essential fatty acids quite often as well to maintain good balance of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, and I absolutely love my pre-workout drink.

Dinner: Jesse took me and our friends for my birthday to Providence restaurant on Melrose. I’ve never had a better food experience in my life. What a treat. They brought us about 12 different plates from appetizers to desserts and every plate was paired with delicious wine. Most of the dishes were based around seafood. The cigars you see on the picture is actually ground beef rolled in some crunchy paper thin deliciousness and right below is a caviar with golden flakes.

  1. Do you know where that article is that you commented on where the lady said Zuzana is a 'smoke show", or something to that effect?

    Thanks!

  2. Thank you for posting this content - I'm not a Zgym member as I am no longer able to do these kinds of workouts, but I was curious to see Zuzka's meal plans. I know she's said she's quite short, but there's no way I could get through the day on such small portions of food, even if I hadn't exercised that day!!

On a side note, was it in the comments of this blog a long time ago that someone close to Bodyrock's Lisa Marie wrote a lengthy piece about being labelled a bully by her and gave a bit of a back story about her?

    1. Hi Carrita. Thanks for your comments! I don't remember anyone commenting on that - someone was called a bully by Lisa? I know she has gotten a lot of sh*t from people since taking Zuzka's place and for all of her elective surgeries and on-going cosmetic procedures. She also has an equal number of fans!

    2. It's a bit random but I had recommended BR to someone looking for new fitness sites; turned out they knew of it but said they weren't too keen because of past dramas, including the comment I mentioned - which they'd found on a blog comparing various fitness websites (I thought it might be this one). Made me curious to read it but just being nosy - probably best off not reading that kind of stuff!
