Workout Breakdown
1. Dynamic Push Ups on yoga blocks x 5
2. Bicycle Toe Touch x 10
3. Side Plank lift (x2) to plank side knee tuck / plank side kick x 5/5
Those damn dynamic push-ups on blocks! I tried is again. I can get up onto one block, but not both without breaking a tooth - lol.
She also posted her latest BodyCrush - an all bodyweight workout, which looked OK - the squats into foot taps reminded me of a Melissa Ioja move:

1. Dive Bomber Push Up x 10
*easier variation: you can do the push ups on your knees
2. Plank to Pistol Squat x 10 alternating
*easier variation: you can do a regular squat or a backward lunge instead
3. Jump Lunge (x3) Sumo Jump Squat x 10
*easier low impact variation: backward lunge instead of jump lunge and sumo squat instead of jump squat
4. Foot Tap Squats x 20
*easier variation: tap your knee instead of foot

I am glad to see a new Cardio Shred tomorrow - those have been some of her bast workouts lately - typically strength mixed in with cardio - and typically pretty intense. Wed she will do a pistol tutorial - I am curious to see that too. She does another Bodycrush workout this week, BUT NO Killer Legs - already? I wonder why. They were not that good IMO compared to many of her other workouts. I know I wasn't the only one thinking that.....
