Post Holiday Workouts

So this morning I had to teach my Core Strength and Stretch Class. I made it extra hard. :)
But afterwards I did TEN rounds of 10 Kettlebell Snatches and 10 Burpees. It took me 14 min and 47 seconds. It's funny, I can do 50 burpees in under 4 min, so if you double it, that's under 8 min. Add the KB snatches to it and it slows me down big time because I get so winded!
I think if I just did the 100 snatches and 100 burpees at the beginning of my workout I could do it faster, but who knows.

I wish Zuzka and/or BR.TV woulda posted a super intense workout for Thanksgiving.

But I found something interesting from Zuzka if you haven't seen this already:

And I found this on different KB exercises that looks like a really great sweat. Would love to try it!

Here are a few other great ones for a once in a while super tough workout.

AND here are 2 of my favorites as well to torch some extra calories:

5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 air squats
20 KB swings
TEN rounds!!!

Lastly:

Using a medball -

10 squat thrusters
10 med ball slams
10 mountain climbers (hands on ball, 10 EA side)
10 walking lunges (ea leg) holding medball overhead

Do as much as you can for 22 min.

Enjoy!!!!

Hope you all had a happy and fattening holiday! :)
