Zuzka has her latest schedule posted again with the option of 2 routines per day or a as beginner:

I’m posting new workouts at midnight (PST -8) Los Angeles time zone, before the day starts. You can find this workout schedule on the right side of each page with links to the new workouts included.
Zuzka is wearing new bright pink workout gloves and they say work hard on them. Super Cute. 
I am not sure who makes them, but I find that gloves disrupt my workout. I'm sort of struggling with this right now because my hands are a WRECK from lifting weights, but if I wear gloves I cannot grip well enough to hold onto the weights - particularly with deadlifts and snatches, which are the 2 things that shred up my hands the most. 
I have heard of www.fitfour.com and I may try their gloves and see if they work any better. 
Zuzka's Arm Balance workouts seem to be the same as her yoga workouts, but just with an arm balance pose also included. Which is a good thing. I love practicing arm balances. I try to do a few of them each day at the end of my workout. 
Edith has another workout posted for BR.TV today and it looks like another good one. I love Edith! Hr body is my favorite out of any BR host EVER including Zuzka. I think she is all natural too. 
BR just did a post on breast implants - the 5 myths and one of them being that it is a myth that they feel and look unnatural. SAY WHAT? They look fantastic on a lot of people, but they no way in hell look or feel natural. Sorry! But that would bother ME. It clearly does not bother a lot of people who get them. Zuzka's look GREAT on her, as does Lisa's now - but they certainly do not look real or natural.  

She also did a coffee talk and admits to using HEAVY weights as a regular part of her routine (YES!). I cannot get a link to this for whatever reason, but it is posted on BR's FB page as well as Edith's and Lisa's.
I did some of my own heacvy lifting today - weighted pull ups, back squats, heavy Turkish Get Ups, Heavy Swings and some yoga. :) 
Tomorrow I am going to try to do 10 Kettlebell snatches, 10 Burpees - TEN ROUNDS. It will be torture! But I am going to try. A lot of it will depend on how my hands can take it. I hope I don't rip them.

  1. Zuz said on her FB that zwows are back on her youtube. I think that means she will be re-filming the old ones and we get to see them for free.

    2. It has stuff from them that is kinda interesting. There is one where I think Zuzana is trying to charge for her training. Not sure what ever happened with that.

  3. I enjoy Edith a lot! I haven't been following BR's workouts since after their recent 30 day challenge - their emails haven't been coming in consistently enough, which is actually quite a shame, but what are you gonna do. Will make time to check out this two-week series with Edith, though, because her style/flavor is refreshing.
