I am curious about her arm balance #1 workout - is that yoga? No more postural therapy workouts? Also looks like she has added back in her Kettlebell workouts - which is good news IMO.

I actually LOVED the workout with Lisa today. 3 -4 rounds would be perfect. good combo of full body moves - weights, cardio, legs, upper body, abs - all good stuff, not just jumping around.

I believe this is the last week of this challenge? I wonder when their next one starts as I KNOW they have been filming for it. I wonder if Karim will be in it again. He hasn't been in this one much. I am assuming Kristin will not be as she is no longer a host. But they sure do use her images a lot on BR's FB page. I wonder if she gets paid for any of that now or if she signed her life away so they could use those images as they please?

  1. I liked Lisa's workout overall. I really liked the upper-body-centric workout from I believe it was Day19. Also, I'm really going to miss Kristin! She's been so awesome this challenge and was a welcome addition to the team. It's nice to get a different flavor of people who train as a profession, and not merely avid workout fanatics. Hopefully we'll get more of Karim in the next season as well, he's such a cutie lol and his energy is great :)
