Kristin is NO Longer a BodyRock Host! Zuzka's Latest Schedule

Thanks to a reader of mine (Tx Zolasoleil!) - I was informed that Kristin is NO longer a BR.TV host. I am not sure why not, but I guess we should not be surprised- many of the hosts do not last that long.

I am not sure what BR is going to do as their next challenge starts in 6 days and Kristin is a part of it. Her BR FB page has been taken down.

I wonder if they will keep her in as part of the challenge? I am curious to see how they handle it.

  1. I am doing 2 a days . my booty has been sore for days. Im still a hiit plus member and w/ all the other challenges we received them a week earlier but not this time. I'm still looking forward to June 1 st though in az bathing suit season has already started. Weres your progress pics Gina?

  2. That;s interesting about Kirstin as Lisa just yesterday had the little vids of all the hosts of the challenge on her instagram and Kirstin was one of them. Must check ans see if that has been taken down...

  3. I asked Kirstin on instagram if she was still going to be in the challenge and she said yes. What constitutes being a BR host anyway? Seems that besides Lisa they just have people come and go. I can't even name them all. They do some workouts and then are never around again. Rita, Edith, Melissa etc.

    1. Yes, she is still part of the challenge, as it was already filmed, but she is no longer a host. IDK why tho.

    2. copied and pasted from another comment in a related post, but besides Sean and Lisa, it seems like a lot of the hosts are hosts short-term because (and this is a wild but logical guess) that getting their name out there with a reputable company will help them along the way, so to speak. Maybe BR can compensate monetarily, maybe they can't - who knows, but Lisa and Sean own a part of the company, so it makes sense they'd be around long-term. What's to say of the other hosts? Well, getting attention from a huge audience base is never a bad thing. (It's one of the reasons I still follow Melissa Ioja, even above BR. Her workouts make more sense to me as far as advancement and results.)

      Also, BR as of late has always filmed their challenges in advance so there's no reason why Kristin wouldn't be part of the one that starts June 1st. They're just going to "air the previously recorded episodes", as it were.

  4. Wondering how you guys track your workouts? I'm using the notes app on my phone but I bet there's a better way!
