Zuzka's Latest Schedule and Cardio Shred #13, Kristin from BR now has her own FB page

Zuzka has FIVE new workouts this week! Today is Cardio Shred #13 - which looks terrific. It has a PULL/Back exercise - yipee! Never enough of those. Reverse Burpees, and butt work. Looks great. She's been on a roll with better workouts these days - IMO.

Later in the week we have a new Kettlebell workout for all levels, a new 5 minute workout, a new JRC (been loving these ones a lot) and a new Power Yoga. :)

  1. Yes, she has a great body! I hope she'll have her own personnality on her page. I am already fan of BR main page and LM page. I think I have enough BR on my TL but if she post different, it could be interesting. Keep us posted!
