Zuzka's Schedule for the Week, BodyCrush #13X, Where's the new Bodyrock.tv Routines? HIIT MAX Week 14? Equipment update

Zuzka has posted her new schedule for the week again with 3 new workouts - a BodyCrush, a Beginner's Kettlebell Workout and a new Power yoga workout. She also is suggesting 2 workouts a day for her DietBet folks.

Here's a sneak peek at some of the week. I watched the BodyCrush one this morning. It is all abs. I prefer whole body routines, but this is a good workout nonetheless. I teach a core class, so I could use some of this. Not that my class would enjoy the explosive push-ups though - but I would! :)

Zuzka also mentioned that she went shopping and would be wearing all new workout clothes this week. What did you guys think of her hot pink pants? They look like Zumba clothes to me.
I have gift cert to Lululemon from Christmas time that I haven't used yet. I am dying to get some new stuff myself, but I have not liked anything from them in a while now. But I could stand to get some new workout clothes (I just cleaned out my closet of a bunch of old stuff) AND I could use some new workout equipment. BR asked on their FB page - which one did we want the most? For me it is a sandbag! Lots of people commented the sandbag, the equalizer and the HIIT bar/weights. Surprisingly very little responded with the vest. Lots seem to want the HIIT Bar and weights but complain that it is too expensive.  I found a comparable one for MUCH cheaper (only $60!). Now what is going on with Bodyrock.tv? I got their BR Plus update with the yoga - but it has not been posted publically yet? Lisa mentioned that week 14 was all new stuff? Maybe it doesn't start this week? But nothing is posted - no yoga, no new workouts, nothing from the bootcamp, no repeats - notta. Or did I miss something? I saw lots of comments asking when the bootcamp starts, but no responses. I hate the keeping us in the dark and lack of communication when it comes to this stuff. ARGH.

  1. Even if I do not follow the BR schedule, I think they should say something about this week workouts. Lisa post the Fit test for today. I want to include Chris Bootcamp in my own schedule but I don't know when it's gonna be available....

    1. Thanks for letting me know. Lisa just posted that within the last hour. Better late than never I guess, but still wished for better communication. It's the expectations that do or don't get met that help to keep people coming back or turn them away.
