Who do you like? BR.TV or zuzkalight.com? Do you like Zuzka better now or when she was part of BR.TV? I'm addicted to both! Since I am a fitness instructor they both give me some good ideas for my classes. :)

Melissa Bender is at the BRTV Studios!
So it says on Freddy's FB page:
I know that is great news for a lot of you out there who are Bender Fitness fans! I can't wait to see what this turns into. I am guessing that there will be 12 weeks with Chris (which is only 12 workouts) and that they will do something similar with Melissa and Jesse. It says 10 workouts, so I am not sure if they will do once a week again or do 2 weeks of 5 workouts. Either way this means Lisa is not leading us in a new workout for at least 4 months. How do you guys feel about that?

I like Mellissa a lot, waiting for her workouts! I don`t miss Lisa workouts. I like her motivating, dancing, but I don't like her bad form exercises.
ReplyDeleteI hear ya about Lisa. I think she tries so hard to make the workouts super intense for the 12 minutes so form suffers. Too many burpees to keep good form! But you're right, I like her dancing too!

ReplyDeleteCC- I know you don't want to do Chris's stuff either. Give Melissa or Chris a try? Or do you follow Zuzka at all? Something new might be fun and challenging for you! You never know til you try. :)
DeleteI'm disapointing by Chris workout today. I don't like specific area workouts like all legs workout, I often train in cycling so if I do this workout, I will have troubles with my spinning class :-(
ReplyDeleteReally? I liked Chris's workout, but I would add on to it to make it a full body routine. I like longer workouts, so adding on would be fine for me. BUT It would disrupt cycling for sure! :) Gotta pick and choose. :)
