So this week I am borrowing a yoga video from someone else that I LOVE.
I attempted to video myself this week, but with 2 sick kids, Thanksgiving, and a husband who was out of town for a day, I found myself overwhelmed. I even started to record the workout and the recording kept cr*pping out on me.  Sigh.....

You do have to set up an account, but it's free. You can get some pay videos, but this is a good free one to mix with Z's Tabata video today. 

This is a 20 minute HARD yoga workout.

Some are part of her book that she is trying to sell, but she has TONS of free ones too.
I highly recommend it!

Jade yoga mat
These mats are the BEST. You will not slide all over the place - even when sweaty, and the mat stays put on the floor.

So I got my first BR Plus Download, and I like it - a lot!  
The burn outs are pretty cool. 
I saw an abs one that I really liked, a legs one that was fantastic, and one with weights that I loved.
I have to say that I have enjoyed the bonus workouts more than the regular ones so far. They are short - like 4 minutes, but great nevertheless. Easy to make them longer or add on. It was less jumping around and more strength moves.
These are real time as well and the same format as we do one exercise first, and then follow along with Lisa after.
I seriously can't wait to go back and watch some of the other videos. 

I haven't made it through all the guides yet, but I did read the Butt Bible Book. It was a good read. It actually has a lot of technical info in there not just exercises. 
The exercises they listed were good ones and it was thorough. In my opinion though it was missing hip thrusters and band walks. These 2 exercises realllllly hit the glutes like nothing else. 
Some donkey kicks would have been good too. So Jane Fonda like, but they burn. :)

There were some questions from folks about it yet again on her FB page. I feel like so much of this could have been avoided if Z was more forthcoming in the first place. She is however being quite responsive to everyone who is asking, so that's good. 

There are even some posts on her web-site page asking questions like:

have joined your account but have just received invoice from other account , sent them email to cancel but no reply so what do I do now?
Again, this all could have been avoided if she did a better job in the first place explaining what was going to happen. She should have had a page dedicated to it with questions and answers and with web-site links, etc. Now she is just stuck answering the same questions over and over again - or sometimes ignoring them. Like I said though, she is being much more responsive.

Zuzka's Tabata video is uploaded now. 
A good little mix of exercises. Only 12 minutes, but you'll work up a good sweat. I would use it as a cash out or add a couple more Tabata's including back work, booty work and some KettleBell swings and/or jump rope
Tabata seems to be one of the favorites out there of Z's followers. What do you guys think?
Three of my favorite Tabata combinations are: push-ups and pull-ups, jump squats and hip thrusters, and lastly KB Swings and burpees. Perhaps add those onto Z's and make it a longer workout. Enjoy!
