What's going on in the rest of the fitness world?

Here are some AWESOME reads for you guys.

Remember Haley from BR a year or so ago? You should see how much muscle she has put on since leaving BR!

This is a great read from Born Fitness.

This is one of the most down to earth articles on nutrition that I have read in a VERY long time.

This is from Girls Gone Strong, and a terrific read about diet myths. My favorite part? "You really can eat more to weigh less. Not to mention having enough energy to train hard, and benefit from the increased fat burning machinery that is your body."

Nia Shanks is offering her latest workout program for only $7. Her workouts are short and intense, but involve weight training instead of just jumping around and swinging things. LOL.
The release of the newest strength training program: 3x3x3. It's a 10 week Minimalist-type strength training program. It calls for 3 total body workouts per week, includes 3 exercises per workout, and uses 3 different rep ranges. Hence the title 3x3x3. http://www.niashanks.com/3x3x3/

  1. Have you bought/done some of Nias workouts before? Seven dollars is sure reasonably, but I have no reference point. Sorry, did BR 2 today and I'm done. Just jumping and moving super fast, just to be moving super fast. I get it, but it's not what I want. Melissa Bender and Fitness Blender are more "normal". But I want to get my tosh like Haleys. Think Nia can help? Any other recommendations? Thanks for the other awesome articles.
