Lisa is back with new boobs, new make up and clothes, Zuzka shy in a bathing suit?

Lisa is back - said she finished filming the 21 day bootcamp challenge.

Looks to me like she certainly got her boobs redone.

Lisa had some posts on her FB page about new make up and new clothes. There were lots of comments picking on her while others defended her. I wanted to comment myself, but couldn't. Does anyone know why I can only share and not comment? Maybe they banned me? LOL.

Here's my problem with Lisa- she is supposed to be motivating us to eat and right and workout. Yet she had gotten breast surgery 4 times, and a nose job. She has pics on pics of new workout clothes, high heels, and more make up and hair products than you'd find in a CVS. Her eyebrows are tattooed on, she has recommend Latisse to grow your eyelashes, and she clearly has had lip injections.
Does anyone else not see the irony and hypocrisy in all of this? 
There is nothing about Lisa that motivates me to workout or eat right. She seems like a fake to me. All of her remedies are discouraging. I find someone who was that perfect to begin with feels the need to have multiple surgeries, injections, all sorts of ointments, creams, and God knows what else to make herself feel good -disheartening - not motivating. 

Remember - this picture is what Lisa looked like BEFORE she was a host. This was a pic she sent into BR when she was just a bodyrocker herself. She was asking for eating advice of all things. Zuzana and Freddy picked her to be a host. I remember seeing this pic and thinking - wow - she's as perfect as Zuzana. 
I wouldn't find Lisa so annoying if BR was about plastic surgery. But they post all sorts of images of results that people like you and me obtain from their diet and exercise advice. People work damn hard to change their bodies. Lisa follows all her own advice, yet feels the need to go under the knife to change her body? It is contradictory to their message. 

On another note, It looks like Nikki from Zuzka's 30 day challenge had a pool party for some of the contestants? I find this odd. It seems to me that Zuzka and Nikki were friends prior to the challenge. 

Nikki looked fantastic in a bikini. WOW. 
I also found it odd that Zuzka wore a pair of shorts over her bikini bottoms. Zuzka shy in a bathing suit? That I don't get! 
She doesn't take the shorts off when she goes in the water either. Does Zuzka not like her own butt?! I remember a post on BR talking about cellulite (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IlnxxLGn0QE), and that she does in fact have it - not a lot, but she does have it. Perhaps she is a little like the rest of us and trying to hide it?

  1. I guess I am a bit different in the sense that to a certain point, I don't mind cosmetic surgery. I actually don't even mind a tad 'fake' of a look. However, I feel like Lisa has taken it past this, even for my liking ;) Also, I think BR is too much about cosmetics and not about changing the body with exercise, but instead just stuff like admiring VS models far too much. It's annoying.

    I personally do not think Lisa is attractive. She looks like she tries too hard and isn't pulling it off well. Also, I think her body now just looks like a runners body, which for me, isn't that inspiring. It's low in body fat, but looks like she just does cardio. Her body actually looked much more attractive, muscular and fit in that old pic you posted. It's my belief that she over does the cardio and doesn't eat well (too low in cals), thus leading to the loss in muscle mass she use to have.

    ALSO, Lisa admitted on the BR website that she does far more than the workouts Zuz use to put out on there. I posted a link to it some time back on your blog. So for those wondering how much she really works out, rest assured it is more than just these short workouts.

    Re: Zuz and the bathing suit, I noticed this too. However, she said she had to borrow one from one of the girls. I am thinking perhaps she just borrowed a top and not the bottoms.

    1. Hi Lexxie - interesting view point! I don't like the fake look, but to each their own - I totally get that. I don't have a problem with plastic surgery per se, but just what Lisa is supposed to stand for as the host of BR seems contradictory. If I could afford boobs and a nose job - who knows, I might do it too. But I'm not the face of a website that promotes wellness from following workouts and nutrition advice. Not to mention their blog posts on how much is overly photoshopped, that thigh gap is unattainable and not healthy, that all women have cellulite, etc, etc. BR is overly sexed too - which I have less of a problem with than their contradictory messages.
      I agree that Lisa looks a bit scrawny now. I do LOVE her legs. Long and lean without an ounce of fat on them. But that's me - I love that look. I love Zuzka's legs too, but they are a bit muscular for MY taste. They are still gorgeous.
      As far as Zuzka borrowing one of the bathing suits - thanks for pointing that out. I guess I just didn't assume that she was wearing underwear under her shorts?

      Lisa, how much do you weigh if you don't mind me asking, I am naturally thin and, but I still do these workouts and love the adrenaline rush that I get. I am also really dedicated to lifting weights at the gym. Do you lift also and then do her workouts after or do you separate them? Please share your workout regimen. We are all curious. You have Z's body, but she says she only does these bodweight workouts, what do you do differently? Also, how strict are you with your diet? Do you include healthy carbs into your diet?

      Hi sharon, I really have to work hard, I vary between 8 1/2 and nine stone. I don't know how Z does it with only 20 mins a day and the rest days. I run before work for about 20 mins before breakfast and a group of us all get together and do z's bodyweight circuits at night for about 45 mins which includes a few abs to finish :). I use a 15kg sand bag for my weights.. but believe me I find it hard to keep lean, even tho I dont drink, my down fall is tea (with sugar) and its all about my food portions for me, I really love to eat all the wrong things lol (and in the winter its even harder for me). I've just turned 30 and I don't know about anyone else but I do think the older you get your body does change and becomes so much harder to keep as lean as you want even if you don't really change anything and keep with working hard. That's why I LOVE this site!!, it keeps me motivated to push myself and ''try'' to cut out the naughty things ;) although its not that easy (as we know).

      Total admiration to Z and freddie, when I found this site, I was inspired to give it a go, thats when I saw a change in my body & began to really enjoy working out. This site made a massive change in my training program for the better, and the coffee talks keep us all postive and on track :)

    3. Ah ha! Thanks much for this reply. So Lisa said she basically works out an hour a day, with less rest days. She also weighs 120-125 lbs. I weigh 125 lbs (I'm 5'7" tall) so I think Lisa is more like 110-115 lbs. As far as her comment about getting older it gets harder, I agree to a degree. It didn't get harder for me until I reached 40 (I'm 43) and after having kids. After my first kiddo - no problem bouncing back. After my second kiddo - still no problem bouncing back into shape and pre-pregnancy weight, but my body is just - different. I gained less than 15 lbs with each pregnancy, but the stretching of your skin takes it toll. And I'm ok with that. My kids were worth it! But this is why I keep working out and gaining knowledge about nutrition. I like to work at it, and I like role models. I want to be a role model for me kids. Having 2 girls I don't want them to get caught up in - I need lots of make up, creams, ointments, and yes, surgery to look good OR I need my picture to be photoshopped to look good. My kids workout with me sometimes (they are 6 and 3) and my 6 year old can do a pull up!
      OK, I went totally off subject, but you and Lexxie take a lot of time to respond and I appreciate it!!! :)

    4. Thanks for going off topic, lol, you make some really good points. I'll be getting breast augmentation next year but honestly I've grown to appreciate what I've got... I don't intend on getting anything else done, frankly, but I can take care of what I have! Surgery is serious business.

      Also, I'm recovering from eating disorders myself and although I don't look at Lisa as a role model, she is the face of Bodyrock and I find it interesting that she has "cheat days" instead of just incorporating indulgences or whatever into her diet in general. I mentioned in a comment before that I don't want to be on a diet forever -- but it seems that she is! And she's pretty much got the dream body. I don't know if I want that enough to be on a diet forever. But I will fuel my body with good things that it responds well to. I just.... don't want to be thinking about it all the time. And it seems kind of obvious that she does. She'd posted a photo of green tea the other day saying it was "well deserved" ... um, green tea has zero calories? Just have it because you can, not because it's well deserved.

      I turned 29 this year and I've gained a lot of knowledge and have noticed some changes with my body, but I'm still learning... I'm ready for the changes to come, I guess. Just gotta roll with the punches and keep active and not beat myself up for not being perfect. I'm not getting paid to look a certain way. (shrugs)

      That your 6 year old can do a pull up before I can means I have more work to do, lol! That's awesome!

  3. Nikki and Z were not friends before...and actually most of the girls are younger than Z...Donna and I were the only older ones. The only reason Caitlyn was able to go and do the challenge was because I was picked then emailed the producer saying, hey I have a best friend who is amazing, and would really benefit from the challenge, she was in the army for 3 years and when she got out, she gained a ton of weight. We met at the gym and I trained her, she lost 30 lbs, but still had some to lose so they said well, bring her and if she can commit then she's in. Nikki held a pool party for all the challenge girls and Z for some reason just didn't have bottoms...which was weird since it was a pool party, haha. I, Caitlyn and Heather didn't go...I did however meet Sean Light on Tuesday and should have told him to bring along lisa and freddy so I can examine them closely,lol but sadly it didn't even cross my mind :/

    I think it is weird that Zuzka forgot bathing suit bottoms for a pool party too. ;)
    You met Sean Light? How is he in person and how did you manage that?

  5. Sean and I have chat online for years so we decided to finally meet. He's super easy to talk to, has a weird sense of humor which is great and he's pretty down to earth...definitely cool peeps. I guess he posted pics of my little girl emma on instagram ...i went to the bathroom and come back he's taking selfies with her , was hilarious...

    1. Really? That's weird that you were part of Zuzka's challenge then too. You get the best of both worlds! I'm jealous. Did Zuzana know that you and Sean were friends? Was he upset that you were part of her challenge? Wow! And I saw the pics of your kiddo. ADORABLE.

  7. Well she said the only other workouts she does is cardio, wether its hiking, running,biking. She did say she doesn't go to the gym, and she works out every day even if its something not intense..

  8. Hmmm..so perhaps a daily zwow and then light cardio on top of it? Clearly her diet is very on check as well. She got suddenly really ripped I noticed (back when she was still doing free zwows it was like a month or so and suddenly she was shredded). I thought it was because she was doing more exercise because of taping zcut. However, she is still just as ripped now.

    I thought she didn't like running? I swear she said that somewhere. I can't remember now for sure though.

  9. I'm just repeating what she told us. She said she never uses more than 26lbs for weight, and she doesn't like to do regular burpees anymore, but rather loves competition burpees because it doesn't shred her arms so much. I do believe if you go as hard as you can for that short amount of time daily anyone would get great results. I think she under eats personally..by a lot.
