Another new host?!?! Rita seems likeable as well. She's been through a body transformation process herself losing 35 lbs, so I think this makes her relate-able to a lot of folks out there.
I'm curious though - why all the new hosts? And whatever happened to Lisha? She even had her own Facebook page. I loved her because she was a mom of FOUR with rock kard abs. Now that's impressive.
Last time bodyrock.tv had a bunch of new hosts, Zuzana left! Is Lisa leaving? Or is it just something they are doing.
I know Sean's girlfriend filled in for a bit too. I wonder if she will come back. And Mila?
