ZGym

I am contemplating getting access to ZGym. I love the look at the Benchmark workout and love the idea of it. One of the reasons I have not gotten a membership is because I feel like most of Zuzana's workouts focus on fatloss and I want to build muscle. I've said it before, Zuzka is a mesomorph and will build muscle pretty much from whatever she does, I however cannot. I'm not sure her workouts would be enough for my ectomorph body type. I don't mean hard enough - they would be. I mean muscle building enough. Hmmmm....
Her lastest workout #75 is not my type of workout. The kicking stuff drives me nuts. I'm not a kickboxing fan at all. I don't like the bodyrock.tv's HIITCombat workouts either. Yuk! But that's just me.
If I do join, I will be adding rows, inverted rows, renegade rows or pull ups to her workouts. She does none of this stuff and it is a shame. You need a push and a pull exercise for a complete full body workout.
I wish she would do a yoga routine each week too.
Curious to see Lisa-Marie workout again when her boobs have healed. I think she will look much better au natural. I know some of you probably prefer the fake boob look, and I get it, because they do look good. But that is one of the main reasons I won't get implants. I mean, you're not fooling anybody. Everyone knows your boobs are fake! If that doesn't bother you, then that's great, but it would bother me. I'll stick with a padded bra. It's cheaper. LOL.
I still find that dailyhiit.com site confusing. I just clicked the link to today's workout, and it brought me elsewhere. Huh? Weird.
Not interested in their workouts at all though. At least not for now.....
