I like how bodyrock.tv is taking parts of older workouts and putting them together. It is a great idea and I love the concept.
And I love Sean. He is great. Great talking voice, great comments, great form, great energy, love him!
Haley's form I think is just awful. Bad on push ups and squats. She does look great though. :)

Lisa's boobs drive me so crazy I just can't stand to watch her. I loved her before her botch boob job. Her plastic surgeon should be ashamed of him/herself. WHY Lisa did you mess with perfection?
Waiting for Zuzana's next workout. Hers are always pretty great. Wish she would do more than one a week.
