Zuzana's last workout was just about perfect! It just was missing a pulling exercise.
But I have been doing a workout myself that consisted of dive bombers, pistols, chair hops and squats (front squats not overhead squats) and pull ups. VERY similiar to her latest workout and it is HARD. I do 5 rounds though, not 3. :)
Of course it takes me longer to complete.
As far as bodyrock.tv goes, workouts are always better when Sean does them. Freddy never shows his face or works out at all on camera. Hmmmm... wonder why?
