My Latest Thoughts

So I haven't had a chance to look at the most recent workouts by bodyrock or by Zuzana, but I did see the yoga video with Teshia on bodyrock the other day.
Seriously she is gorgeous with the most unbelievable body - no fake boobs! What they do with her hair is awful, I don't like it, and I wish they would offer harder yoga routines.
Zuzana showed a pic of herself as an after photo of doing her own DVD's for the past month, and WOW she looks terrific. Geez, I would kill for her arms and abs.
The only reason I am not a fan of her thick muscular legs is because I myself have very small legs, and couldn't imagine them being that muscular no matter what kind of exercise I did!
Lisa is too skinny in my opinion and I suppose her fake boobs are supposed to balance her out, but they do not. They simply look out of place.
What if Lisa and Freddy break up? What next? Will Teshia or Mila take her place and get plastic surgery too? LOL. I suppose I am just picking on them. And what is up with Lisa's fake tan? The lips, hair, eyelashes, boobs and now fake tan? Really? Is she going to get cheek and calf implants next?

If you follow bodyrock or Zuzana, you'll know what these exercises are.

Tabata - 20 seconds of work at max effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds, or 4 minutes.

Tabata #1:
Reverse lunge with a kick
Repeat with right leg for 4 rounds, then left for 4 rounds.

Tabata #2:
Push ups
Jump squats

Tabata #3:
Squat and Curl (suitcase squat with a bicep curl when you stand up)
Mountain climbers

Tabata #4:
Push Press (Shoulder Press)
Russian Twist
