Zuzana or BodyRock Addict: New workouts coming?

New workouts coming?

Is bodyrock.tv or the dailyhitt.com holding off on new workouts til January 10th? Yes, according to their facebook page new workouts are coming Jan 10th, and they are working on making the site more user friendly. Thank God! I am not sure why they don't just put that news on the web-site itself. It is annoying that the SAME workouts have been posted for the last 3 weeks.
Zuzanna's site says that her new cardio DVD series is available thru her web-site and via amazon.com. But hmmmmm......not the case.
Sigh....
Now the reason why Zuzanna and bodyrock.tv continue to stay so popular is because they provide a SERVICE that we all like. Now don't these service oriented sites know to under promise and over deliver? Not the other way around!

I'm a stay at home mom who teaches fitness classes part time. I have 2 girls ages 8 and 5. I want to be their role model on all levels! I'm a certified trainer, yoga instructor, Kettlebell instructor, PiYo instructor and Life Coach. I just received my Precision One Nutrition Certification.

I used to fix computers for a living and did so for 10 years, but I was always involved in working out. I used to do step classes, dabbled in running, biking, and even swimming. I always loved weight training.

I got into an accident and hurt my back, knee and even needed surgery to fix my balance from a head injury. I found yoga and LOVED it. Shortly thereafter I found Kettlebells, CrossFit and Zuzana. I adored all of it.

I continued to follow both BR and Zuzana after their split. I like to point out the good they do for us, the not so good, and add my own thoughts, points, recipes and workouts.

I do not think that either BR or Zuzana are role models for little girls, but for us women, they can be in many ways.

Being a role model comes with great responsibility, and at times, they do not measure up - hence where this blog comes in.

I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I do creating it.
