In order to see bodyrock's newest 30 day challenge you have to go to their facebook page. Their web-site is not updated. It is still in beta mode.
Their 30 day challenge starts with a fit test - and the same one as they have done in the past. I hope there is more than this! Boring and disaapointed after waiting all this time.
