They've produced some new ones that were old ones put together, and have not done a new one each day.
And I REALLY wish their workouts were less complicated.
They clean and press and burpee knee tuck jump tucks are just too overwhelming all at once. How about a set of burpees, clean and presses, jump tucks, 50/10 for 5 rounds? Makes 15 minutes.
