Where are the workouts?

Have you ever noticed that bodyrock.tv seems to go through phases of uploading a lot of workouts and then all of a sudden the steady stream of workouts seem to disappear? I know Freddy and Lisa are on vacation in Spain - and seems like a super long one to me! Good for them I suppose. Teisha's latest yoga workout was ok - I wish they would let her do a harder flow workout - more of a vinyasa style that we could follow and sweat to. Instead it seems like too much instruction and just working on stretching.

I also hate that they say the workouts are for free but then try and sell a  ton of equipment. I much prefer Zuzana's bodyweight workouts. But - where are the workouts? She does not upload enough in my opinion, not nearly as much as she used to when part of bodyrock.tv. Though her and Freddy did often disappear as well from uploads whenever they traveled - which was often. So I guess Freddy has a thing for fake boobs and traveling. Lisa still looks so ridiculous with those boobs. Her body was so perfect before!

Zuzana's latest workout looks like a good one. Her 10 min workouts I often change to 15 or 20 min, or add some other kind of workout to it, as 10 min is just not enough for me - even if it is a tough one! I like to workout for 30 min or so. She also does not incorporate enough pulling or back exercises in her workouts. She does a lot of push ups, core and legs, but not enough back/pull exercises. I am assuming because you do need some kind of pull up bar/rings or weights for back exercises, and she likes her workouts to be advertised and performed without any equipment. I think that is her niche right now which is SMART because it is the opposite of bodyrock.tv. I like her workouts better for sure, but still find myself checking out bodyrock.tv for the latest.

Regardless of all the gibberish and gossip above, you can still get a good workout from either site.
