Zuzka's Summer Shred #12, Her Low Carb Cheesecake Recipe, BR.TV Advanced BootCamp is Coming Soon

WELL! This workout looks like a great one - it has 3 parts, upper body and abs, legs, and cardio. Nice! It's about 20 minutes long as well - not including a warm up and cool down.

Workout Breakdown
Part 1 – Upper Body and Arms (should say abs, not arms)
HIIT – 6 x 30/10 with dumbbells
1. Plank Row Push Ups
2. Rocky Sit Ups
3. Plank to squat and bicep curl
4. Rocky Sit Ups
5. Power Clean and Press (LOVE this exercise)
6. Rocky Sit Ups
 Part 2 – Legs
Jump Tuck x 10 / Figure 8 Squats ladder
10  – 20 – 30 – 20 – 10
 Part 3 – Cardio
HIIT – 6 x 30/10 with Jump Rope
1. High Knees
2.  Criss Cross Mountain Climbers
3. Double Unders
4. Ballerina Plie Jump Squats
5. High Knees
6. Side Jump Lunge knee up 

OK, this I find ODD, her low carb cheese cake is a FREE meal, but her french toast is a earned meal, Look at the ingredients! I get it - French Toast is high carb, but WAY less calories. So take the good with the bad - IMO.
I think the French Toast with the bacon and fruit would fill me up more than a sliver of low carb cheese cake. So much dairy and nuts. 
Ingredients for the base:
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped (Ghirardelli)
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened also Ghirardelli)
  • pinch salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup Swerve Sweetener or granulated erythritol
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Ingredients for the filling:
  • 1 lb cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup Swerve Sweetener or granulated erythritol
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
Ingredients for chocolate sauce:
  • 3 tbsp coconut manna
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2oz unsweetened chocolate chopped (Ghirardelli)
  • 1/4 cup Swerve
  • pinch of fine salt

BR.TV Advanced BootCamp is Coming Soon - so they say! I got an email, and it is posted on their FB page - again, asking for folks to sign up. I did sign up quite a while ago. Someone commented with - I signed up a month ago - when is it coming. Made me laugh. Exactly! When?! I get the teasers, but why not just answer the question? Even with a We're not sure - working on it for July 1-10th, kind of thing.....
They workouts do look pretty hard. I am so curious to see if it is only 12 minutes of 50/10. 

I know some of you have been posting here in the comments back and forth with other workouts that you do and it is great! I love the comments. Keep them coming. 

We've also heard from Jacqui and as soon as I hear from her with new workouts I will post them here!

    I like Zuzkas longer routines like this. I may save it for this weekend when I have a bit more time. Waking up at 4:30am to do my boxing training kills me :/

    1. Lol, I wake up at the same time 7 times a week because of my training. If you love something, you have to change your priorities sometimes :)
      Btw Gina, what kind of workouts are you doing currently? Do you follow any program or do you own thing?

    2. Only time I can squeeze it in before work. I'm a RN, work 12hr shifts. My shift starts 7am, so it works! I tend to go on my days off as well, to remain consistent. I'm usually in bed by 9 or 9:30!
