I found that article on the 10 best free workout sites. BR.TV is included in there, Zuzka is not.
Here is another list of FIFTY at home sites by Huffington Post:

Do any of you have a favorite free online workout site?
Ali Kamenova is amazing!! She's on utube and does yoga and hiit combined or separate. Been following her for a few months now and is by far my favorite!! Wondered if anyone else has done her workouts.
ReplyDeleteI like her yoga workouts a lot!
DeleteI have, but something about her rubs me the wrong way. Her yoga routines are great, but I get a weird vibe from her…can't quite explain it. She seems to lack a level of friendliness that other yoga teachers exhibit. Again, my personal opinion and obviously not true for everyone else. My favorite online yoga instructor is Yoga by Candace! Wonderful personality!
ReplyDeleteYoga by Candace? I am not familiar with her, I am going to check it out!
DeleteI´m surprised I did not find Melissa Bender on these lists. (Or did I miss her.) She is amazing! Tatianna and Melissa are my two favourite girls right now, and of course, Zuzka is wonderful, although I understand why she is not listed, I mean her Z-gym is not free. Sara Solomon´s workouts used to be free, but now she has her own gym which is not free. Love her though, she is very unique! =D And yes, Rumi has also great stuff.
ReplyDeleteI believe Melissa was on one of those lists!
DeleteI checked it again, still did not notice her, or maybe my sight is getting selective or something... =D
DeleteI really enjoy PBFingers (http://www.pbfingers.com/) --- she is more of a lifestyle blog, which I really like, but her circuit workouts are fun and easily modified. All of here workouts can be found here.
ReplyDeleteI also really like Sarah Beth Yoga -- she's on FB, YouTube, Pinterest, etc. but I find her Tumblr to be a good resource/link to everything she features.
Also, Sean Vigue was my first introduction to power yoga -- while it is initially advertised as "power yoga for men", he says that it's obv for everyone: men women, children, dogs, squirrels. I like this approach, though, because it incorporates a lot of bodyweight strength movements and is a huge challenge. It is an edge above traditional power yoga and I am so glad to have come across him. His YouTube channel has so many videos, it's awesome. :)
