Lifted Butt Series Workout By Zuzka and Legs and Ass Workout by BR.TV

OK, what did you guys think of Zuzka's latest Lifted Butt Series workout?

Here is a glimpse:

Workout Breakdown
1. Kneeling heel raise to side knee raise (hydrant) 20 / 20
3. Weighted Surrender squat to side kick 10 / 10
4. One arm KB Swing 20/20
5. Weighted Figure 4 Squats 10 / 10
6. One arm KB Swing 20 / 20
7. KB – Backward Lunge to Squat jump 20 alt.
2 rounds for time. Watch your form!
It took me 26 minutes and 34 seconds.

BR.TV also did a 12 min Legs and Ass Routine with Lisa:
  1. High Knees
  2. Switch Lunge Jumps 2x Wide Squat Jumps x2
  3. 10 x Lunges Forward & Then Back – L&R Alternate
  4. Squat & Knee – L&R Alternate
There were actually a lot of comments about Lisa's leggings and I too LOVE them. Anyone know who makes them? 

If you put these 2 leg routines together you've got a damn good leg burner of a workout and it'll take you about 40 minutes or so - not 12. 
I like it when Z does some longer routines. 
Still no real-time workouts from BR these days. I wonder if they will go back to it at all?
