I got another email from BR Plus stating this: Real Time Challenge has now been updated Day 1 has now been uploaded into the Plus.
I'm confused. Isn't this one for free and from last year? Does anyone know?
So did you join the Zgym? I'm wondering if it'd be worth it. I've never done one of Z's workouts because they are too damned short. I like sets an absolute minimum of 12 minutes.
ReplyDeleteI didn't think much of the last BR challenge & had been a plus member until that ended. But lately I've been doing Melissa Bender workouts and they are great.
