I have been enjoying her yoga/arm balance workouts a lot. I want to know where she got those rainbow workout pants!! I LOVE them. 

Z posted a new Kettlebell workout today that looks pretty good! I am dying to try the pendulum to snatch exercise.
BR.TV is repeating their 21 Day Bootcamp Challenge. What do you guys think? And someone asked me about BR PLUS. I forgot ALL about it. Are you all still paying for it? If so, what are you getting? I have not gotten anything in quite some time!!!!

  1. I have had BR plus for a couple months and am starting to wonder WHY! It doesn't seem like I get much more out of the service than the free stuff...
