BR's new cover photo, The latest from Zuzka, 500 rep workout, A couple of videos from me

What do you guys think of BR's new Cover Photo? I believe Taylor took these too. I like how muscular this woman is. There are still some pics of Lisa in there too. Are these of Kristen? She's bulkier than Lisa - and I don't mean that in a bad way.


I'm a fan of black and white imagery. I'm not a fan of hats, but I am a fan of muscles! I like the strong fitness look of these pics.

Zuzka posted her latest JRC workout yesterday. It was Tabata style. Did you guys like it? I might do it as a cash out to my workout today or tomorrow. I need my jump rope fix!!! :)
She also has a new Yoga workout posted today.
Did any of you repeat her benchmark workout on Thursday? Did  you get any better?

I've got my 500 rep workout again today. I'm down from 600 reps as I've added weight. Next week it will be 400 reps as I'm upping the weight again!

Today will be 10 reps of each:
Deadlifts - 140 lbs
Pushups- chest to floor EACH rep
Hip Thrusters - 160 lbs
Inverted Rows - with a 2 second pause at the top of EACH rep
Squats into overhead press - 50 lbs (God I really hate these lol).

I mentioned the other day that I got a pair of crazy yoga pants like the ones Zuzka had one. From the video they do not look nearly as bright as hers! But I still like them. :)

Here is a crazy little workout move for you guys to try. It is a great burner for the shoulders and legs.
