A Yoga Workout called Core Concentration - It is an hour yoga class by yours truly - it is an AUDIO  file (, so you do need some knowledge of yoga to follow along.  It is not overly challenging, but again you do need some yoga experience.

RECIPE OF THE WEEK for adults:
Zucchini Soup
Take one large Zucchini, chop it up and throw into blender with one egg, 1/4 cup of your favorite pasta sauce, and add in either chopped onion or add in onion powder.
Blend until smooth. 
Heat in a pot til warm and EAT. 
So easy and so yummy. Add in some chicken for protein too if you wish.

Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge
(You may use Sunbutter instead if there is a nut allergy)
Take 1 cup of  chocolate chips (preferrably 70+% cocoa) with 1/4 cup of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 TBSP of Peanut butter and melt slowly in a pot. 
Add in 2 TBSP of coconut flour and mix well.
Spoon into a small pan and freeze.
Freeze for at least 2 hours. EAT!
