My interview with the GARAGE WARRIOR!

If you haven't heard of the Garage Warrior you are going to be so happy that I've introduced him to you!

Tyler Bramlett is the founder of the Garage Warrior. He has an extensive background in fitness and he himself has lost 40 lbs and bounced back from a serious injury.

He offers many programs, and more importantly one you can do from home! Also, if you join his email list, he will email you a FREE workout nearly every single day. These workouts are HARD core. Get ready to sweat and build some muscle.

We talk about his background,  his idea of what a good trainer is, what a good workout program encompasses, how to make progress, some really fantastic nutrition tips, the best tips on how to do a pistol squat, and some info about his at home exercise program (which is only $19 and on my Christmas list right NOW).
He also believes in short, intense workouts (9-20 minutes a day, not including warm up or cool down) and mobility work.
