Zuzka has made another post finally on the 10 week arm balance challenge

This challenge has turned into more like a 15 week challenge!
But it is full handstands this week.

I personally LOVE handstands. Some of the best advice I have gotten to do a handstand - stretch your hammies first. If they are tight it makes it hard to kick up.
Your shoulders must be on top of your wrists.
Look slightly forward - you usually go where your eyes go, so if you are looking at your feet, again it makes it harder to kick up.
Think about using your belly button to help you lift up, and think about lifting your hips up, not just kicking up.
Not sure if this helps anyone out there, but I thought I'd mention some of my own tips!

Does it drive anyone else crazy when Zuzka pulls up her shirts to make half shirts? We all know she has great abs. Just wear a half shirt or a sports bra, but not a fan of this look at all. She does it too much too.

As for BR, Lisa mentioned that their latest Summer Transformation Challenge is coming up soon. They also extended free shipping on the equipment needed for the challenge.

I have NO idea what to make of this silliness.
