It's a 3 day weekend, so have a great one. Hopefully you can get outside for a workout. Have any of you ever used battling ropes? I have some and haven't used them in a while and plan on using them again next week. I wonder if BR will ever add these to their workout routines and try and sell them.

Here's a great outdoor workout. Bring your KB and Jump Rope.
10 weighted jump squats
jump rope 1 min
20 KB swings
jump rope 1 min
10 push ups (any variation where 10 is challenging)
jump rope 1 min
20 KB rows - 10 each side
jump rope 1 min
Repeat 3 times. Enjoy the sweat.
