I love that she has posted what she eats each day. She is healthy! She eats several small meals a day, lots of veggies, NOT fat free, but low in carbs, very low in processed foods, and actually, less meat/protein that I would have thought.
The one thing that I find odd is that after most of her morning meals she states 'it kept me full for about 4 hours.' Wow, that seems like a long time to be full off of a small meal, but hey, whatever works.
I wish she would talk about body type. She states that you can eat like her and workout like her and you will look like her. Really? I think this depends greatly on your body type. She definitely puts on muscle easily. I mean I look at her. Duh! I however do NOT put muscle on easily AT ALL. I was nick named Olive Oil when I was younger. Think Olive Oil would look like Zuzana 20 min a day 4 x a week with no heavy weights? I'd LOVE to hear your thoughts on that!
But perhaps we can say Lisa = Olive Oil and she works out less than 20 min a day, and though she does not have nearly the amount of muscle Zuzana has, she is quite toned. But in order for Lisa to get arms and legs like Zuzana she would need a different diet and a different kind of workout.
Though to me, Lisa looks like a runner. I often wonder how much she works out off camera. A lot in my opinion.
Bodyrock.tv always seems to be trying to sell us sometihng too. All the workouts with their gadgets. Hardly any that are gadget free. Hmmmm........
