I do not see that from Prague, Z has posted her Food Journal for the week. If you check out her FB page, she has posted quite a bit from Prague though - her postural therapy, her eating breakfast (she is eating BREAD?!?!?, LOL, a handstand, and teaching a class). Looks like she did a group workout there at a gym?
