Zuzka's Latest Lifted Butt Series Workout AND The Daily HIIT Show with Jacqui Light

Zuzka's latest Lifted Butt workout is 2 rounds for time.
I think this one is less intense than a lot of her workouts - cardio wise, but will certainly burn those glutes! 
She is using her new power bands - which you can purchase HERE

I use resistance bands and these power bands at home all the time. They are cheap, portable and get the job done!

I think that doing this Lifted Butt Workout #16 - 2 rounds, along with one round of yesterdays burpee workout with Zuzka would make a really great routine. I would add in 2 or 3 sets of jumping pull-up burpees to get in some back/bicep work - but that's me of course. :) I did like that not all of the burpees she did were with a push-up. I would have been overkill - IMO.

OK, I signed up for the Daily HIIT show. I couldn't be more confused. Jacqui - if you read this maybe you can help me out.
I got an email. but from the email I could not get to the workout. It even asked me the time of day I wanted to get emailed me workouts (nice touch BTW!!!) but the link didn't work. If this worked this idea ROCKS!
I tried getting to it from their homepage of bodyrock.tv and after getting completely bombarded with ads, I was only able to get to the routine posted on the page itself. I can't look through them and pick or see other days, etc.
This is completely annoying and VERY un-user friendly. There is no dailyhiitshow,com.
Jacqui doesn't seem to have her own YouTube - yet.
I can click on the links from the various BR Facebook pages no problem (despite the attack of ads), but again can only see what they post.

SO - I then went to YouTube and typed in bodyrock daily hiit show I could get what I was looking for. There they were all listed in order. And if you are looking for some great HIIT routines, take a look. She is high intensity!

I would love to try that routine as a mix of HIIT and strength - so I would need to slow it down for certain parts, but this is an awesome routine. I love Jacqui's personality and voice on screen too. She is refreshing!

    First off - apologies if the email was confusing in any way! I haven't seen it myself but was trying to gather as much info about it as I could from one of my counterparts. Did the email just come in today? When you clicked the button indicating the time you wanted the workout - did you get an error message or a message saying you've been added to the list? I spoke to our content team and the process appears to be working as there are a number folks that have signed up and are in the queue. The reason I ask if the email came today is that your first DailyHiit Show workout would then be emailed 24 hours after you click button indicating when you want it...does that make sense?

    If you're comfortable emailing me the email addy you input for our workouts, I'm more than happy to make sure you're setup properly. My email is jacqui@bodyrock.tv

    Besides the workout getting emailed, the 2 easiest ways to get to the DailyHiit Show workouts are 1.) YouTube - just as you indicated above AND 2.) go to bodyrock.tv > in the search box in the upper right corner type "episode 1" (or whatever episode # you're looking for). Season 1 has 19 episodes and Season 2 has 13.

      I am not sure if I was supposed to get another email today with a new workout - because I did not.
      When I clicked on the time to pick my workouts, nothing happened. It was as if the link was dead?

      I think it should be more user friendly to find your workouts? They are great - a hidden gem! :)
