A lot of us have been long time followers and would continue to support her with older workouts if she gave us some sort of explanation. Good customer service would explain why we are not getting new workouts even though we are paying a monthly fee for them!
OBVIOUSLY something is going on. If she can't tell us the details because she is bound by contract or something along those lines, than just an apology stating there will be no new workouts for a while because of complications with her web-site, and she'll be more specific as soon as she can...... SOMETHING!
it sucks to not know whats going on, it cant be that hard to respond to our questions. i think it is only fair to know what we are paying for because this is not what she promised at all.
ReplyDeleteIt is because we are paying customers. If it was all still free we'd have no reason to complain. Paying customers want an explanation on what is happening to their product/service!
DeleteI agree with you guys. She just needs to comment on it. Granted, not everyone will be please with that either, BUT many people will at least feel heard.
