An interesting article on why you might not be meeting your goals, 3 fantastic exercise challenges and pistol squats

I saw these 3 articles on FB tonight and I HAD to share.

This first one is from Breaking Muscle and gives us some insider tips on why we might not be achieving the physique we want.

I was all for BR's squat challenge until I saw this. I am still liking BR's challenge, but by time you get to day 30 I can't image how long the workout would take. I don't have that kind of time! Hence why adding weights can shorten your workouts. Check out these Squat and Glute challenges:
