Zuzana's biceps and bodyrock.tv's 30 day challenge comes to an end

OK, I'm curious..... how does Zuzana have such muscular biceps? I mean to the point that they have veins running through them. She never does bicep curls, or pull ups, or  rows. or any pulling exercises - hardly ever at all during her ZGym workouts. So how in the world does she have biceps like that?

Bodyrock's 30 day challenge is coming to an end. Did any of you do it? How were your results? I know a lot of people want them to do it again. I would rather they did a 30 day nutrition challenge.

I saw Lisa make a comment on Facebook asking people to be nicer to each other. Some folks were posting their before and afters and others were making fun of them. Seriously? That's just awful. It's one thing to poke fun at the hosts who purposely put themselves in the public eye for monetary gain, but for the regular folks trying to better themselves, well, I think it's plain mean.

Zuzana also has her latest hotel workout posted. Her travels seem very business related. I am curious as to why she hasn't posted more about it. I mean, she posts about her boyfriend, her clothes, her food, her bike rides, her furniture, but not the reason for her  travels? Hmmmmm.......

  1. Not sure how she has as muscular arms as she does, but re: the part about the veins, that is because she is so lean. Even without muscle she would likely have the veins due to her bodyfat being so low.
