OK, bodyrock.tv's workouts are boring me lately. I like that the new host has a more 'real' body if you will, but the workouts are just ok.
I really wish they would have Teshia do a real powerful yoga workout instead of just stretching and her showing off. I love her body, and I've said it before, she has the best figure in my opinion out of any of them!
Zuzana's workouts are always better in my opinion. Her latest one seems like a killer! I have not tried it yet. It does seem much too shoulder dominant of a workout though. I wish she would do more pull ups or rows, or renegade rows, or something like that, to offset all the frontal pushing work she does so often.
She has mentioned Jesse a few times, anyone know anything about him? Hopefully not another porn videographer like Freddy! Though I have a feeling Zuzana really wants to get away from her past, hence one of the reasons for the break up.
I'm curious to see if Lisa and Freddy will get married......
I haven't done HIIT or BodyRock/The Daily HIIT lately as I've been doing a month-long running challenge - but on my rest days I've been doing variations of yoga to boost the heart rate as well. I highly recommend Duncan Yoga (on YouTube) and Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown. After doing those, I was wondering why Teshia wasn't doing hybrid power yoga or something a little more challenging. The stretching and such is good, as well as increasing flexibility and posture, but I was never feeling satisfied with her workouts so I avoided them altogether.
