The latest workout on bodyrock.tv looks like a great one. I don't have all the silly equipment they promote and make a zillion dollars off of, but I can improvise. The only exercise I don't like is the wood chop with the equalizer. That just looks dangerous and not enough room in my house for that! Why not with the Ugi ball? I have a medicine ball for that anyways.
Wish Zuzka would post her workouts earlier. It is almost 10pm my time, and I am awaiting her preview. I'll check it out in the morning.
Did anyone try Lisa's workout today? Does anyone like their new site? They seem to offer a lot of new stuff, new site, new workouts, new challenges all the time. One just seems to run into the other without any real rhyme or reason.....

ReplyDeleteI've tried the hiitmax before and I really like it. I usually like to do two hiit workouts but find that hiitmax definitely pushes me to the edge, so the one is enough. unless I do a 12-minute tabata or something.
ReplyDeletecreativity in workouts is a skill, and they've got it. it yields results, too, working muscles you don't work often and such. I loved their thirty day challenge and I hope they do another one. :)
I believe they have another challenge coming up soon. I'll check out their facebook page to be sure.
