So Zuzana finally got her web-site up, and it is pretty good actually. I like it.
She is also coming out with a cardio DVD series supposedly before Christmas. I am curious to see what it is and how that will affect her FREE workouts online.
Bodyrock.tv says they are starting their new web-site tomorrow. Curious to see that one too. They've changed the look of their site, their hosts and even their logo several times over the past 2 years, and they're doing it again. Maybe it is something they like to do every 6 mos or so? Hey - they even changed the look of the hosts themselves! Now it is plastic surgery time for the web-site? Lets see what they've got for us tomorrow.
