"Plastic Surgery"

A few days back Freddy posted about 'haters.' I know they get a lot of negative comments - but way more positive ones I'm sure! They call the people who write the negative comments 'haters' and that they will be banned from their site.

Now come on! First of all - this reminds of Howard Stern. Do you know that more people who hate him listen to him on the radio then like him? So - bodyrock.tv, these haters are giving you lots of views and you MAKE money off of them. And you put yourself in front of the public eye with little left to the imagination so of course people are going to comment. Sometimes I think they egg it on.
So be it - maybe they are too far fetched at times, but hey, it gets people off the couch and exercising, so who really cares?

I know I make my fair share of comments, but only here - not on their site.
Freddy also posted about Lisa's "plastic surgery." Why did he put it in quotes? She has gotten a lot of it lately! Boobs, nose job, lip injections and hair extenstions. I mean - seriously! And yes, here is my negative comment - she looks beyond ridiculous. I thought she looked fabulous before all that. She was so lucky to have what she did - right from mother nature and she ruined it in my opinion.

And he also wrote that she has had less surgery than others who have been in front of the camera.
Really? Who is he kidding? Unless he meant Zuzana? Clearly the other women have NOT had breast augmentation. Maybe nose jobs? but no one has had as much work as Lisa.

Again they make money off of all their viewers, good or bad. I usually like what Freddy has to say, but this seems like stretches on the truth in a big way.

Anyways - their workouts still have too much stuff in it, but their workouts are good, and tough - not a waste of time.

Zuzana's workouts are always better because of the simplicity, but still never incorporates enough pulling/back exercises. I add them in on my own. AND - when oh when is her web-site going to be up already?
