The Latest Intermediate Bootcamp Workouts From BR.TV

Well, we had day 2 and 3 of week 2 these last couple of days. Yesterday was with Lisa and today with Edith.
Again, I'm not really sure what to make of these workouts. 
Edith did a plank workout on her knees. That seems beginner to me and not intermediate. I am wondering if they are doing it this way to make their next advanced series seem, well, advanced. 
Perhaps the vest makes it harder than it looks? I did love the pistol work Edith did today.
Each workout does seem to have an intermediate exercise in it, but the whole workout doesn't seem to be very intermediate, but that's how I see it. 
I wonder then how their strength workouts will look next week?

  2. Zuzka posted a video of her diet. What I found interesting is this comment she wrote below: "I workout every day but only for 15 to 20 minutes. I do mostly high intensity workouts. What I do now are bodyweight circuits, jump rope workouts, kettlebell workouts, and everything between. I don't do any extra workouts or extra cardio or strength training or anything that I don't film".


    What I don't get is how is it possible for her to do pull ups, handstand push ups etc so well with such little practice? I know some ppl catch onto things quicker than others....but how is it possible to give those all a first try in a video and do it so well? Then do a few more videos with these moves and be doing even better than 99% of the population could do in a few tries.

    My point is...I don't buy it. This isn't about how she even looks. It's about strength and that it TAKES time for these moves!

    1. I agree Lexxie - it DOES take time. She is also doing kipping burpees and one arm push-ups. And she admitted on FILM that she does practice these moves, so I don't get it! I'm going to have to comment to her. Last time I did about pistols she replied with - it only took me 2 days to learn them. I wonder if she would same the same about her other moves!
