Zuzka and Pull ups - Finally!

I've said over and over again that though I often prefer Zuzka's workouts over BR's, she does not incorporate enough pulling exercises like rows (one arm, bent over, inverted, renegade), deadlifts (double or single leg), and pull ups.
Zuzana did a post on her FB page about pull ups - how to be able to do them, and get better at them. She says that she has a pull up bar at home and does a few here and there each day (she has said this before). She also states that she does NOT incorporate them into her ZGym workouts, but by participating in ZGym you can get stronger and therefore it will be easier for you to learn how to do pull ups.
I just want to know WHY she doesn't include them!
I think she doesn't want her workouts to require a lot of equipment to differentiate herself from bodyrock.tv, but she does use a jump rope, Kettlebells and dumbbells. I don't think using a pull up bar is that out of the question or using the broomstick version between chairs.
Zuzka also says that women do not need to incorporate as much upper body work as men do. I only half agree with that statement. By doing things such as deadlifts, goblet squats, front squats, KB work, planks, weighted walking lunges, you are significantly taxing the lower body, but ALSO the upper body and core.
Adding in push ups and pull ups to these kinds of lower body exercises makes for a well rounded full body workout.
Women typically do not have enough body strength and it needs to be worked on. Pull ups are a great way to build upper body strength! I think they should be included, especially in ZGym because in my opinion Zuzka overdoes the pushing exercises with various planks, push ups, and gazillion of burpees.
How about a burpee pull up Zuzka?
