I am kind of finding it weird that the workouts are coming into my inbox so late in the day, but I'm not too bothered by it. I've been modifying the workouts to be a bit longer so they're about 48 minutes long, and when working them tough enough (usually with high knees in between each exercise) they end up being enough of a workout. I've already lost a half-inch off my waist (and elsewhere, but my waist is my gauge), but a lot of that has had to do with changes in diet, as well. Which is needed when wanting to pare down (or build up) anyway. I didn't stretch for 2 days in a row and my glutes and the back of me r killing me.
