So far I'm e...Forgot to mention the handstands! So far I'm entering my handstand in the tuck position, which was quite a learning curve for me! I was used to kicking up with one leg and hoping for the best.. Lol. With the tuck up, I'm much more controlled, especially in my core. I'm hoping to really refine it to be even more slow and controlled, so I can eventually start trying to press into it. <br />MacKenzie Miller is actually a good resource for pressing into handstand as well. She's incredible at bodyweight training - especially pressing strength and control. Other leg work includes pirouettes into front scale, 360 degree jumps, roundoffs (not really legs but the landing can make your legs fatigue). <br />I'll admit I'm not following the program in full, as I am adding some shrimp squats and pistol squats for some strength work.
