I think that BR/zuzka workouts are best for : beginners - they will have a hard time at first and then eventually plateau; people who are short on time; as a cash out to your regular workout ; or people who hate to exercise and 12 min is all they will do.Ginahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13632837441617369256noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943301854296721090.post-61857957294195355772014-08-30T20:29:44.846-07:002014-08-30T20:29:44.846-07:00That's the way I have always seen it. I wasn't particularly good at anything. I was just lean. It wasn't until I did some research, got a personal trainer for a few sessions, etc... That I realized what a training regimen was. I needed to make goals and have a structured plan to get there. I dabbled in crossfit, but that was more along the lines of exercise, as well. After my beginner gains, I needed a structured plan. Right now I'm doing calisthenics and Kettlebells as my main form of training. I have goals and progressions for each, and my routine is structured to help me meet my goals. I have yet to plateau and I've been doing this for almost a year. Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11385928034882811419noreply@blogger.com
